Hard Hat Replacement Ratchet Suspension for Americana Hard Hats (SKU: ERB-19380)
The Mega Ratchet system features a “secure-fit” design with an easy-turn knob, allowing for size adjustments between 6.5 and 8 without removing the hard hat. Each turn locks the position using 50 meshing teeth, ensuring a secure fit. The no-slip hold keeps the hard hat in place, even in challenging jobs or harsh weather. The hinged ratchet sits low on the nape of the neck and offers height adjustability for an optimal fit. The ratchet mechanism is cushioned with thick sponge padding for enhanced, long-lasting comfort.
