  • Guaranteed flatness and regularity of the laying surface
  • Recommended for tiles thickness from 3 – 18 mm (1/8″ – <3/4″)
  • Simple impact removal system (by kicking or mallet) – Always in the direction of the grout joint

Technical Data

  • Use on most tiles and stone from 3 – 18 mm (1/8″ – <3/4″) thick
  • Minimum joint size: 1/16″ (1,5mm)
  • Recommended for tiles 12″ x 12″ and larger

What’s Included

  • 300 piece 1/16″ (1,5mm) Flat Bases
  • 100-piece Cyclone Caps

How to use

  • STEP 1: Place spacer bases under the tile once the thin-set has been applied
  • STEP 2: Apply Cap. The cap will align with the top of the base, allowing for easy threading
  • STEP 3: Spin the cap onto the base, and once the cap makes contact with the tile, turn the cap until the adjacent tiles are level; no need to over-tighten
  • STEP 4: Break off caps and bases after the thin-set has cured. It’s essential to break the cyclone caps by kicking them or hitting them with a rubber mallet in the direction of the grout joint
  • STEP 5: Remove the broken bases from caps by unscrewing them (caps are reusable and will last multiple jobs with proper installation and removal)
